State Enterprise «State Institute for Designing Enterprises of Mines «Krivbassproekt»

History. State Institute for mining companies «Krivbassproekt» – is a major scientific and technical center, which since 1933 provides a set of forecast, analysis, engineering, surveying and project developments in mining, processing and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources of Ukraine and Russia. Institute of emerging technical, environmental, investment policy in new construction, expansion, modernization and restructuring of the mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine. The Institute has a unique collection of information on all deposits of mineral resources of Ukraine, CIS countries, their resources and quality characteristics. Created a database of geodetic engineering, geological, hydrogeological and environmental information. Technical basis, an information data bank and staffing the institute, which has over 400 highly skilled specialists, allow us to solve complex design problems of field development, taking into account technological, economic and environmental feasibility. A lot of design and development institute performed at the level of inventions. The material resources of the Institute is constantly updated with the latest technology of engineering work. Widely used modern computer technology, mathematical methods in the design and modern licensing program.

Domain. For excellence in work 215 workers were awarded orders and medals, some of them were awarded the State Prize of USSR. Decision of the Board of the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine in 2002 «Krivbassproekt» recognized mainly in Ukraine for scientific and technical support for the direction of the «Design companies mining and mountain ecology». Institute «Krivbassproekt» was awarded a diploma and a medal for services to economic restructuring and significant contribution to the creation of decent international image of Ukraine and submitted to the «Golden Book of Ukrainian Elite». In 2000, the institute «Krivbassproekt» became the winner of the best houses and housing complexes of civil and industrial use, and received his degree I and II Construction Committee of Ukraine for the design of light rail stations «Zarechnaya» and «Industrial» in Krivoy Rog.

Guaranteeing the quality of the integrated projects, the institute «Krivbassproekt» obtained all necessary license (permission) of the State Committee for Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy of Ukraine, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Ukraine Main Department of the State Fire Service Ministry of Interior of Ukraine, the Russian State Committee on Housing Construction and public utilities, as well as introduced a system of quality DSTU І5O-9001-2001-14000 and І8O. In accordance with the Order of State Construction and State Technical Supervision of Labor Protection Institute «Krivbassproekt» entered in the «List of Professional Organizations recommended for work on the survey and certification of existing buildings, facilities and utilities» and «List of organizations approved for development projects gain renewal of structures and foundations of buildings and structures. «The Institute maintains regular contacts with domestic and foreign experts in related fields of science and technology.

Among the projected institute facilities, the most significant are:
- Underground mines: May Day, they are. Lenin them. Rosa Luxemburg, «Sukha Balka» them. Frunze them. Comintern them. Karl Liebknecht, to them. Kirov them. FE Dzerzhinsky them. Illich, Muzhaivsky Polymetallic gold.
- Processing plants: Inguletsky, Central, Krivoy Rog oxidized ore mill.
- Plants: Krivoy Rog central maintenance Dzerzhinsky, Lenin maintenance, Krivoy Rog factory repair of diesel vehicles, brick plant capacity of 30 million pieces of bricks a year.

The nation's first institute has developed and implemented:
- Opening of large deposits of inclined shafts, equipped with powerful performance conveyor 6000 t / y;
- Cycle-streaming technology of mining, which was distributed to many mining enterprises of the former Soviet Union;
- Crazy Processing Facility with a ground location powerful winders;
- Powerful mine hoisting systems;
- Mining derricks tower;
- Roller guides lifting containers and conductors Korobova type;
- Injection-suction circuit ventilation of mines;
- Centralization of supply mines with compressed air;
- Skips capacity of up to 50 tons;
- How to build and strengthen the current rise;
- Scheme with two engines drive shaft of skip hoisting units with individual motors powered from separate generator with automatic speed recovery;
- Extraction of gold ore processing and enrichment;
- Items making explosives to the underground and ground-based.
